How do I use a Fish Tape?

"Never let an inanimate object kick you butt..." I head this over and over again during my electrical apprenticeship. Mostly because I was constantly getting my butt kicked by a fish tape. Bending heads, getting it through the conduit typically ended with me cussing and busting my knuckles. Let me take a second to show you a much better way.
