I understand that no representative of Empowered Electric has the authority to make any assurance to the contrary. I understand that as an employee I may be photographed or recorded and give the company the right to use my image in marketing and social media. Once employed I will be provided with the company policies and understand it is my obligation to obey and stay up to date on policies. Only the COO or CEO can make changes to policy or promises to me regarding my employment.
